How many people does the house sleep?
The house sleeps up to 6 comfortably downstairs and another 2 upstairs in the guest suite.
There is a spare single bed frame and mattress available in the garage, so it possible to set up an additional bed.
Bedrooms consist of:
- 1 queen master bedroom with ensuite (upstairs)
- 1 double bedroom with ensuite (downstairs first bedroom)
- 1 queen bedroom with ensuite (downstairs middle bedroom)
- 1 king bed (2 single beds) bedroom with ensuite (downstairs end bedroom)
Is the home family friendly?
Absolutely! The house sleeps up to 8 people, including 1 king bed that can be converted to two single beds, open plan living, two living spaces, Wifi and TV, board games, outdoor covered area, large outdoor garden, opposite beach and close to shopping areas/ town centre.
How far is it to the beach?
The nearest beach is straight across the road within walking distance (20m, 1min walk).
There is a jetty about 500metres away to the launch boats and jet skis.
It is also a short walk to the Providore and Chemist Warehouse and a Seafood Food Truck which continues along the foreshore
How far is it to the shops?
The closest shops are a short 5 minute walk away along the foreshore to the Provincia Food Store (get in early for your morning coffee), Chemist Warehouse and Pizza By The Bay for pizza, pasta's and fish and chips
The nearest main shopping precinct is located at Dromana (includes IGA, Bakers Delight, Chemist, Coffee Shops, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Service Station) (4km away, 5minute drive).
Should I bring linen?
All linen, towels and general household items are provided.
What are the Check-in and Checkout times?
If there is a changeover in guests, please check-in no earlier than 2pm and check-out no later than 10am
What should I do before Ieave?
Please check the following is done before you leave:
- turn of all lights
- turn off air conditioner
- sweep / vacuum floors
- wash and put away dishes
- turn off ice-maker for upstairs fridge
- close blinds
- empty all bins
- take bins out if bin collection day (Wednesdays)
- check all doors and windows are closed and locked - including double garage and utility room near garage
- Return keys to the key safe and scramble the key safe code
- Ensure the main front gates and the pedestrian gates are closed when you leave
What day do bins go out?
Household rubbish is collected weekly.
Food and green waste is collected fortnightly
Recycling is collected fortnightly

Where can I park?
The property has ample parking space at the rear of the property, including an undercover carport at the rear of garage.
Please refrain from parking in the drive-through carport with the crazy pave at the front entry area.
Is Smoking Allowed?
Smoking is not permitted. Non Smoking Only
