Check in is no earlier than 2pm and checkout no later than 10am
Before you leave
Please check the following is done before you leave:
- turn of all lights
- turn off air conditioner
- turn off dishwasher
- sweep / mop / vacuum floors
- wash and put away dishes
- put everything away where you found them – remember other people will use the space
- turn off the icemaker for upstairs fridge
- close blinds (upstairs blinds are electronically operated while downstairs blinds are manual)
- empty bins (bins go out Tuesday for Wednesday collection). Household rubbish is collected weekly. Food and green waste is collected fortnightly. Recycling is collected fortnightly. An area 1 bin calender can be seen here.
- lock/close all doors and windows are closed and locked – including double garage and utility room near garage
- return all keys & remote to the keysafe

Parking
The property has ample parking space at the rear of the property, including a carport big enough the fit a boat.
Park to the left of the property to enable other vehicles to pass.
Please refrain from parking in the carport with the crazy pave as this has not yet been sealed and we want to avoid getting grease and oils from cars on the paving.
